If you are a manager, team leader or supervisor you are responsible for changes affecting your team. Who will deliver your change management training?

All our courses are designed, developed and delivered by Melanie Franklin. Alongside her extensive training experience, she is the Chief Examiner for the Agile Change Agent, Agile Change Coach and Neuroscience for Change certifications and has been instrumental in building the syllabus for the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course. She is the author of the text books which form the courses: For the Agile Change Agent and Agile Change Coach courses the syllabus and examination questions originate from her book the Agile Change Management Handbook, 2nd edition; for the Neuroscience for Change course the materials, syllabus and examination questions are taken from her latest book Neuroscience for Change at Work, 1st edition.

Melanie ensures that she brings current, relevant real-world experience to her training, using many examples from the transformation programmes she helps to structure and guide as part of her extensive consultancy work. One of the reasons Melanie has such a wealth of practical knowledge is through her experience of running companies. She has been the founder of 3 organisations in her career, and is currently leading Capability for Change Limited as the Chief Executive Officer. She coordinates the development of the ChangeabilityPro change management training and coaching platform so has extensive experience of supplier management and procurement; managing IT developments; building governance structures and developing quality management systems that meet legal and regulatory requirements; overseeing the sales and marketing and building partner alliances globally.
